Matt Sink

Vice President of Maintenance

Greg Tarascio

With a lifelong dedication to aircraft model construction commencing at the age of nine, Matt’s journey in aviation began with an early aptitude for tinkering and mending. This enduring passion has matured into a profound commitment, and he readily imparts his wealth of experiences to address challenges and facilitate solutions for others.

Following his tenure in the military as a proficient helicopter engine mechanic, Matt pursued a rigorous path in aviation by obtaining his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.

He seamlessly transitioned into business jet maintenance, contributing his expertise to a specialized service center known for aircraft troubleshooting and avionics. Leading a lean, yet highly skilled team of mechanics, he provided essential support to a diverse fleet under both Part 91 and Part 135 operations.

Matt’s primary focus at Ventura is cultivating a cohesive team culture and streamlining existing operational procedures.
