New Outlook, or Outlook in a browser Most people
  1. Click the gear icon at the top right.
  2. Go to Accounts, then Signatures.
  3. Click Add signature (or New signature) and give it a name like “Ventura”.
  4. Click into the editing box and paste.
  5. Underneath, set it for New messages and for Replies/forwards.
  6. Click Save.

These two are the same program underneath, so you only have to do this once — your signature follows you between the app and the browser automatically.

If you already had a signature, rename the old one rather than deleting it, and you can switch back if you need to.

Classic Outlook for Windows Older versions
  1. Go to File, then Options, then Mail, then click the Signatures button.
  2. Click New, name it “Ventura”.
  3. Click into the editing box and paste.
  4. On the right, set it as the default for New messages and for Replies/forwards.
  5. Click OK.

Not sure which one you have? If your menu starts with File in the top-left corner, you're on the classic version. If there's a toggle labelled “New Outlook” in the top-right, you're on the new one — use the steps above instead.

This version keeps its signature on your own computer, separate from the browser. If you use both, set it up in both.

Outlook on your phone
  1. Set up your computer first using the steps above.
  2. The phone app keeps its own signature and can't display the logo, so leave it as plain text — your name and title is plenty.

Nobody expects a full graphical signature from a phone, so this one genuinely doesn't matter much.

Something look wrong, or the logo missing? Delete it, come back to this page, and paste again — nothing here can break permanently. If it still won't behave, email itsupport@ventura.aero.
