Alex Villanueva is the Chief Financial Officer of Ventura Air Services, where he is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy as it scales its charter and aircraft management operations. He oversees all aspects of financial planning, reporting, capital allocation, and performance management, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure to support long-term expansion initiatives. Prior to joining Ventura, Alex was a Principal at Boyne Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm, where he spent over six years partnering with leadership teams to drive operational
improvements and strategic growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of middle-market businesses. He began his career in public accounting at EY, followed by corporate mergers and acquisitions roles at Xerox. Alex brings a rare blend of financial discipline, operational insight, and investment expertise—leveraging both boardroom and frontline experience to help companies navigate complexity and accelerate growth. He holds a Master of Accounting and a BBA in Finance from William & Mary.
