With over two decades of experience spanning aviation maintenance and technical operations, Martin brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and team leadership. Most recently serving as Director of Maintenance at Silver Air, he was the FAA Part 119 post holder, leading compliance, airworthiness, and CASS initiatives while overseeing maintenance operations and personnel. Prior to that, as VP of Technical Operations, he drove fleet airworthiness, vendor management, and maintenance planning for a national fleet.
His background includes progressive leadership roles at XOJET, where he helped implement a fully remote maintenance control team and drove dispatch reliability improvements. His approach combines technical precision with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development— making him a strong asset as we continue scaling our operations. As Vice President of Maintenance at Ventura, Martin will oversee all aspects of fleet maintenance and technical operations, focusing on advancing the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Ventura’s expanding fleet of Citation Excels and Challenger 604/605 aircraft.
