Max McCabe serves as Vice President of Charter Sales at Ventura Air Services, where he leads the charter sales and client services teams with a focus on personalized service, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Since joining Ventura in 2021, Max has played a key role in optimizing the sales process, setting performance goals, and cultivating relationships with Ventura’s top-tier charter clients. With over a decade of experience in aviation operations and charter sales, Max brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and a client-first approach to Ventura.
Prior to Ventura, he held charter sales and trip support roles at Contour Aviation and served as a Flight Coordinator at Wonderful Citrus, where he managed daily flight operations and international logistics. Max holds a degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and brings a deep understanding of fleet scheduling, GRP negotiation, and quoting optimization to every aspect of his role. He is committed to delivering a seamless and elevated experience for Ventura’s charter clients.
