Rebecca Hall brings over 20 years of aviation expertise to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Ventura Air Services, which she joined at the end of 2024. Known for her hands-on approach and deep operational knowledge, Rebecca focuses on enhancing operational execution and aligning resources to drive sustained success and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Rebecca’s journey in aviation began in her early 20s when she discovered a passion for the industry while working part-time for an airline. Since then, she has gained comprehensive experience by holding almost every operational position imaginable. Her breadth of experience has given her a holistic understanding of how different functions support aviation operations as a cohesive whole.
As a holder of an FAA Dispatch license and an active member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and Women in Aviation, Rebecca is deeply embedded in the aviation community.
Prior to joining Ventura Air Services, Rebecca served in Senior Vice President roles at industry giants Wheels Up and XOJET. Now, as COO of Ventura Air Services, Rebecca is committed to steering the organization toward continued growth and operational excellence, ensuring that Ventura remains a leader in the private aviation sector.
