Ventura Air Services Welcomes Industry Veteran Rebecca Hall as Chief Operating Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in aviation and a proven record of driving operational excellence, fleet optimization, and organizational growth, Rebecca will spearhead Ventura’s operational strategy and support the company’s continued expansion.
Rebecca brings extensive expertise gained through leadership roles at industry giants XOJET and Wheels Up, where she led scheduling and logistics transformations that enabled both companies to scale through strategic fleet utilization and operational restructuring. Known for her strong cross- functional leadership and commitment to achieving business goals, Rebecca will oversee Ventura’s day- to-day operations. Her focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency and enriching the customer experience, positioning Ventura for sustained excellence.
